The Modern Woman & Fertility Preservation

More and more women are focusing on their careers, life projects, travels and events that may not quite fit into being a mother at the moment, and this is something that is happening globally all over the world. Earlier this spring Enigma Magazine’s Sarah Hussein wrote a piece about the modern woman and fertility.

Wanting to preserve her own fertility, she called our clinic and we discussed all of the options women have these days, and she decided she wanted to put off motherhood for the moment and freeze her eggs. In this article she discusses her own experience flying over the U.S. to our clinic to freeze her eggs at our practice Santa Monica Fertility, and discusses the process of being a modern woman wanting to do what she can to preserve her ability to have a child in the future.
