Director of Compliance
Jackie Guadiana serves as our Director of Compliance. She assists patients with all of their billing needs, including processing claimswith insurance.
Jackie’s interest in business began in her youth, as she loved her math and accounting classes as a child. Jackie’s love of business led her to complete a bachelor’s degree at California State University, Fullerton. She hopes to someday pursue a master’s degree.
Jackie was born and raised in L.A., and has been fortunate to be surrounded by many loving family members, including parents, cousins, and grandparents. Because her family has always been within such an easy reach, Jackie quickly became interested in seeing other parts of the world and traveling. Some of her favorite destinations include Greece, London, Paris and Rome. Her love of traveling also drives her love for Disneyland, and “traveling” through the fantastical World of Disney. She also enjoys volunteering at St. Joseph’s Catholic School and Church.
She treasures her time here at Santa Monica Fertility, and her experiences with patients can best be described as a journey: “We see patients begin a journey – sometimes short, and others long. In the end we are right there with our fingers crossed hoping for the best.”
